I have a lot of apps on my phone... and this app has been so impactful for me... Most wellness apps focus on just physical activity and nutrition and do not look at that whole body. Taking time to explore at all seven core areas has really had a huge impact on how I've handled the changes that we've been experiencing along with life in general. I believe that people really need to take time to explore this app and see how it can help them. Even if they are just focusing on one of the core areas. It is important to look at wellness differently - not just how many steps you are taking or what you are eating.
